BNP itself ensured its own downfall: Sajeeb Wazed

After commenting in various media that the 11th national election held in 2018 was 'fair, neutral and participatory' from morning to afternoon, BNP changed its tone and continued to lie since the counting of results started in the evening; Bangabandhu's Douhitra and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina's ICT advisor Sajeeb Wazed Joy commented that it is still going on today.

He made this comment on his verified Facebook page on Friday (May 19) night in a live of about 35 minutes. He added a video to the Facebook post.

In the caption of the post, he wrote - 'The leaders of BNP and Oikya Front continuously lied about the 2018 national elections, which were defeated by a huge margin.

Even in the anti-Awami League press, a group is relentlessly trying to establish the theory of night voting freely. However, BNP leaders did not talk about any kind of rigging or widespread irregularities on election day.

Sajeeb Wazed Joy writes News reports show people voted spontaneously, and BNP leaders expressed satisfaction.

But later in the evening, Mirza Fakhrul and Kamal Hussain's mood changed and they started giving speeches blaming the government for their failure. So far they have not been able to present any concrete evidence in support of their claim. Representatives of foreign observer groups ruled the election fair. They themselves are the reason for the collapse of the BNP.
