In his letter, President Biden conveyed his eagerness to collaborate with Bangladesh in pursuit of its ambitious economic goals. Additionally, he expressed a shared commitment to a free and open Indo-Pacific, emphasizing the United States' dedication to supporting Bangladesh in this vision.

As the two nations enter the next phase of their partnership, President Biden conveyed the sincere intention of his Administration to continue collaborative efforts on various fronts. These include regional and global security, economic development, climate change, energy, global health, and humanitarian support, with a particular emphasis on assistance for Rohingya refugees.

Highlighting the enduring history of successful cooperation between the two countries, the US President emphasized the strong people-to-people ties that form the bedrock of their relationship.
